简历简介

陈兵,博士,教授,博士生导师,河北大学高层次拔尖引进人才。2003年于中国科学院动物研究所暨中国科学院研究生院获得博士学位,师从康乐院士。2005年起在美国芝加哥大学(The University of Chicago)开展了两年的博士后研究,从事果蝇分子遗传学研究。2008年至2010年受瑞士政府全额资助在苏黎世大学(University of Zürich)及瑞士生物信息研究所访问研究。博士毕业后至2018年在中国科学院动物研究所和农业虫害鼠害综合治理研究国家重点实验室工作,先后被聘于助理研究员和副研究员。

在动物逆境生物学和进化分子遗传学领域开展了一系列开创性研究,共发表论文/论著50余篇,其中SCI论文30余篇,第一作者或通讯作者文章近30篇,重要代表性研究成果发表在Nature Communications, Molecular Biology and EvolutionMolecular Ecology, Annual Review of Entomology等期刊上,相关成果被国内国际同行广泛引用,并被邀请在十多个国际学术会议上报告和给众多国际杂志审稿。

作为项目和课题负责人主持国家级项目10余项,包括国家基金委国际地区间合作项目、重大研究计划项目和面上项目,还开展多项国际和国内合作研究。

 


实验室研究方向

聚焦“动物逆境生物学”(Animal Stress Biology),在动物对环境胁迫适应的分子和遗传机制方向开展创新型研究。

主要是用生态与进化的功能基因组学的方法和理论,开展动物逆境生物学相关科学问题的研究和相关学科的教学。该方向是动物学(昆虫学)、生理学、遗传学和基因组学等学科的前沿交叉领域。

正在开展的研究涉及氧气(高原缺氧)、水份(干旱缺水)和种群密度(拥挤)等环境因子,以及热激蛋白、表观遗传(修饰)和适应性变异等分子机制。
