柳峰松

柳峰松,男,汉族,1976年出生,河北任丘人,博士,教授,生物化学与分子生物学专业硕士生导师,河北大学生命科学学院副院长。19997月毕业于河北大学生物系,获学士学位;20027月毕业于河北大学水生生物学专业,获硕士学位,并留校工作至今;2005年毕业于中科院海洋研究所海洋生物学专业,获博士学位。主持各类科研项目10余项。发表学术论文40余篇。第十一届河北省青年科技奖获得者。

本科生课程:“分子生物学”

研究生课程:“生物化学专题”和“分子免疫学原理与技术”。

主要研究方向:

1. 免疫学研究:以家蝇和对虾为实验材料研究动物先天免疫应答过程,包括免疫识别、免疫信号的调理和转导、转录激活及效应分子合成等几个方面。

2. 抗逆研究:以家蝇为模式生物,研究机体对环境变化适应的分子机制。

3. 家蝇转化体系:利用Piggybac转座子和CRISPR等对家蝇进行基因编辑,目的是建立高效的家蝇转化体系,以进行基因功能研究和新型生物反应器的研发。
