钟理

 钟理,理学博士,教授,1992年作为访问学者赴美国农业部果树实验室(Fruit Lab, United States Department of Agriculture)工作。目前任河北大学生命科学学院教授,天津医科大学附属总院名誉教授,美国西部健康科学大学医学院兼职教授。

1999年于美国韦恩州立大学医学院(Wayne State University School of Medicine)获医学生理学博士学位,并于2000年在韦恩州立大学工程学院(WayneState University School of Engineering)获计算机工程硕士学位。1999年-2001年于美国密执根州癌症研究中心(Karmanos Cancer Institute)做博士后研究。20018月-200612月于美国肯塔基大学医学院(University of Kentucky College of Medicine)任助理教授。20071-20106月于美国希望之城国家医学研究中心贝克曼研究所City of Hope and Beckman Research Institute)任研究员。

主要研究方向:肿瘤标志物的筛选,癌症的早期诊断及免疫治疗。主要是根据免疫监视原理(Immunosurveillance)通过鉴定人体血清中肿瘤相关的自身免疫抗体组合来实现对肺癌、乳腺癌、食管癌等癌症早期临床诊断的,同时开发出相对应的肿瘤特异性蛋白作为免疫治疗的靶点。2005年,钟理教授领导的研究小组首次发现并报道了运用5种新型的自身免疫抗体构象来实现了对非小细胞肺癌一期病人诊断的敏感性及特异性均达到91.3%,对发病前5年潜伏期内病人的诊断敏感性达到82.6%,特异性达到87.5%。这一结果发表在了American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine(影响因子10.69)杂志上,并立刻引起了学术界及舆论界的广大关注,包括CNN,华尔街时报,福布斯杂志等在内的美国主流媒体都予以了高度评价。目前该成果专利已被Johnson&Johonson公司获取并正在临床中进一步验证。与此同时,这5种肿瘤特异性的蛋白已被钟理教授的实验室在细胞培养及动物实验上证明了具有免疫治疗靶向蛋白的特性,并正在为进一步开展临床试验做准备。钟理教授近年来已发表学术论文60余篇, SCI收录论文30篇,被引用500余次。其中在肿瘤诊断及免疫治疗方面的研究处于世界领先水平,多次应邀在国际会议上做报告,并多次在国内外讲学。曾获市级,省级,国家级及国际间科研资助项目多项,是美国国立卫生研究院( National Institutes of Health NIH )科研项目主持人。多年来担任美国美国生理学会(APS)会员、美国科学进步协会(AAAS)会员、美国癌症研究学会(AACR)会员,是美国国立卫生研究院及我国自然科学基金项目的评审专家。并长期担任Cancer Research, Journal of Thoracic Oncology, Cancer Detection and PreventionCellular and Molecular BiologyBiological Procure OnlineVascular PharmacologyPharmacology Research, Plos One等杂志的评审专家。

曾获荣誉:

2008年 保定市科技进步一等奖“动物性食品安全检测和癌症早期诊断蛋白芯片的研究”。

2009年 河北省科技进步三等奖“动物性食品安全检测和癌症早期诊断蛋白芯片的研究”。

2010年 河北省科技进步三等奖“非小细胞肺癌早期诊断蛋白芯片的研究”。
